Initial setup

1. Setup tripod and assemble Tribrach.
   Note: For optimal tripod and antenna placement see chapter “Setup for operations”.
   

   

2. Assemble Tribrach adapter and lock in place.
   Note: The Tribrach adapter will only fit in one orientation, use alignment markings to align.
   

   

3. Assemble Reach RS2+ and Stellar Radio Module.
   Note: Turn the Stellar Radio module such that the port on the Reach RS2+ labeled “EXT” is clear, this will be used in the next step.
   

   

4. Connect the power/data cable between the port on the Reach RS2+ labeled “EXT” and the bottom of the Stellar Radio Module.

5. Connect antenna on the top of the Stellar Radio Module.
   

   

Note: Use only an external antenna that is supplied with the Stellar Radio Module.
Caution: Connectors can only fit one way, be gentle and don’t use excessive force when plugging in the connector.
