Safety instructions

The Stellar Radio Module is designed specifically for transmitting RTK-GNSS correction data via radio, integration with the Emlid Reach RS2+ and communication with Avular's Vertex drone and Origin platform.

Using the module for purposes other than those described may result in equipment damage or unreliable operation.

To ensure the safe operation of your Stellar Base Station, observe the following safety instructions:

⚠️ Caution: Failure to comply with safety instructions can lead to malfunction or damage to the receiver.

Environmental Considerations

  • Do not use in explosive environments or highly corrosive atmospheres.
  • Avoid extreme temperature conditions outside the operating range.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use, to extend the device's durability.

Electrical Safety

  • ⚠️ Caution: Keep the device away from high-voltage power lines or electrical installations. If working near electrical installations is necessary, consult with safety authorities first.
  • Do not use damaged power cables or connectors.

Radio Transmission

This device operates at 868 MHz frequency.

  • Comply with all local regulations regarding radio frequency transmission.
  • Be aware that radio signals may experience interference from other equipment.
  • For critical operations, test signal quality before full deployment.

Physical Setup
