ID Status Description
0 Battery ok
1 Predischarging The pack is precharging the Vertex to avoid in-rush currents. This is done within 2 seconds after the power button is pressed to turn on the Vertex One.
2 Balancing There is a charge imbalance between PowerPack modules and only one of the modules is providing power. Charge the PowerPack and make sure it is fully finished before taking it from the charger or use a different PowerPack.
3 Module failed One of the two PowerPack modules has a problem and is not used. This can happen if the PowerPack is not properly mounted to the Vertex One.
Power off the Vertex One for a minute, ensure it is securely connected to the body with a 'click' and power on the Vertex One again. If the issues persists there might be a problem with the PowerPack module itself.
4 Communication error The communication between the Vertex One and the PowerPack failed.
Power off the Vertex One for a minute, ensure the PowerPack is securely connected to the body with a 'click' and power on the Vertex again.
5 Software version mismatch There is a software version mismatch causing communication issues. First try rebooting the Vertex One and make sure all software is up-to-date.
32 Battery data out of bounds One of the following data signals are out of bounds. Please check the raw battery data for the exact cause.
- Voltage (min: 17 V, max: 26 V)
- Current (min: -100 A, max: 100 A)
- State of Charge (min: 0, max: 100)
- State of Health (min: 75, max: 100)

The PowerPack can not be used below a state of health of 75% since it can not provide the required peak power anymore. Make sure to replace the PowerPack in time to avoid this issue.
64 Battery data stale Battery data has not been received for too long. Please verify that the PowerPack is securely connected to the Vertex One and/or reboot it.
